H-4 & H-4 EAD Transferred to another office? No worries! Approval on time!

Hello everyone,

Today, I received so many letters again, and among them, five are I-797 approval notices. The case I want to share the most is an H-4 and H-4 EAD case.

The client applied along with her husband’s H-1B for H-4 and H-4 EAD. We prepared all the materials, and everything went very smoothly. Two weeks after submission, we received the receipt notice. After some time, the client contacted us, saying she noticed that when checking the status, her case had been transferred to another office for processing. She was very worried and anxious about what was going on.

We explained to the client that some USCIS offices can experience a case overload, so they transfer certain cases to other offices for processing. There’s no need to worry, as this is a very normal situation. We also helped the client file an e-request and actively followed up on the case status.

Today, we received the letter, and after 3 months, her case was approved smoothly. She received the approval notices for I-539 and I-765.

今天又收到了这么多封信件，其中有5封是I-797的批准信。我最想分享的是一个H-4和H-4 EAD的案子。

客户她跟着她的先生的H-1B一起来申请了H-4以及H-4 EAD。那么我们其实准备材料时一切都非常顺利。提交了两周之后，就拿到了Receive Notice。然后过了一段时间，客户联系我们，她说她发现，在查询状态的时候，她的案子显示被转交至另外的办公室处理。她就非常的担心，着急是什么情况。

那么我们也跟客户解释了，事实上有一些移民局办公室会出现案件量过载的情况，所以他们会把某些案子转交给其它的办公室来处理，不需要担心，这是非常正常的情况。我们也帮助客户申请了E-request，并且积极地帮她查询状态。

那么今天我们收到了信件，在3个月的时间里，她就顺利的获批了，拿到了I-539和I-765的批准信。
