Long-term Client’s H-1B and H-4 Visa Extensions Approved

Hello everyone, today I want to share with you an H-1B approval case, along with the spouse's H-4 approval.

This employee can be considered one of our long-term clients since his first H-1B lottery and application were handled by our law firm. Back then, he was lucky enough to be selected in the lottery, and we helped him submit the H-1B application to USCIS as quickly as possible. His case was approved without any Request for Evidence (RFE).

This time, we were also fortunate to assist with his spouse’s H-4 application. The situation was quite similar to the previous one, as we were again under tight time constraints, but we managed to submit the case on time.

Today, we received approval notices for both the H-1B and the spouse’s H-4. This client is also working with our law firm for his green card application. We have already submitted his Form 9089, and we are currently awaiting its adjudication. Once it is approved, we will proceed with the next step, the I-140 application.
