Unboxing Immigration Approvals - I-140 Application

It's time for our weekly unboxing of approval notices. This week, I received many approvals, and there are two cases I especially want to talk about.

The first one is an I-140 employment-based green card application. Ms. H’s company is a sister law firm of ours, and our real estate department has collaborated with this firm many times. Her company approached our firm to assist with this lawyer’s I-140 application.

However, during the process, the company was acquired. We used this fact as part of our argument, and the case was approved directly—within less than a week!
