Successfully 'Rescuing' an H-1B Client From Mexico!

Today, I’d like to share two cases with you. The first case is about Mr. Z. His employer planned to withdraw his H-1B because there were no projects available at the time. During the withdrawal process, some unusual events occurred, but in the end, the H-1B was successfully revoked. Just one week before the revocation was finalized, the employer reached out to us, saying that the client had found a new project and needed to file a new H-1B petition. However, since the client no longer had a valid status in the U.S., he had to go to Mexico and wait there.

Within two weeks, we prepared all the necessary materials and applications for the case and sent them out. The client was working as a third-party contractor, and we were very grateful for the positive cooperation from both the employer and the employee, which allowed us to file the case within two weeks.

In the end, the case was approved without any Requests for Evidence (RFE), and the approval came fairly quickly, granting the client a three-year H-1B.

最终，这个案子就无补件直批，也挺快的，批了三年。
