The Frame Astoria｜ A prime location property, successfully signed!
Hello everyone,
We are the real estate team of Zeng Law Group. We are especially excited today because this is the first ever condominium tour video we've made. We really enjoy touring condominiums and look forward to more condominiums reaching out to us.
Today, the building we are visiting is The Frame Astoria. We have already helped some clients complete the purchase agreements as buyer's attorney. Let's take a look inside.
The building has a total of 6 floors and 20 residential units. It offers various layouts, which also come with parking spaces. The location is exceptional, as it's only about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. It is also close to the heart of Astoria, near the Broadway commercial district.
On our way here, we saw a lot of restaurants and eateries.
We are now in the fifth-floor model unit. It is a loft, and you can see that the windows are very tall, providing excellent natural light. This is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom layout.
We're now on the second floor, and here's the second bedroom. Look at the windows, they are taller than I am. This is the view from the second floor.
We’ve now come to the building’s rooftop terrace. From here, the view is quite expansive, and you can see Manhattan in the distance. Sitting here with a gentle breeze and enjoying a drink in the evening right before the sun sets is truly delightful.
The terrace is a more separate area, and now we can see there’s another terrace over here. This terrace also offers an unobstructed view of the Manhattan skyline. Watching the sunset from here in the evening must be very beautiful.

我们现在在五楼的样板间，这是一个LOFT。可以看到它的窗户很高，所以采光非常好。这是一个2B1B的户型。
我们现在来到二楼，这里是第二个卧室。看看这些窗户，比我还要高。这是二楼的视角。
现在我们来到了大楼的屋顶露台。从这里往外看，视野非常开阔，远处可以看到曼哈顿。在傍晚夕阳正好的时候，坐在这里吹着微风，小酌一杯，真是惬意无比。
其实这个露台是一个分开的区域，我们现在看到这里还有一个独立的露台。从这个露台可以看到曼哈顿的天际线，一览无余。傍晚时在这里看夕阳一定非常美。
