艺术类专业的H-1B申请

我手上有这周收到的两份H-1B批件，申请的岗位分别是BI Analyst和Market Research Analyst。

我主要想分享的是第二个案子。

这是一个今年新签的H-1B案件，雇主是一家艺术管理咨询公司，雇员拥有艺术相关的专业背景。

在与律师认真讨论后，雇员最终选择了Market Research Analyst（市场研究专员）这个岗位。由于我们担心会收到补件，因此在申请信中添加了一个额外的部分，名为“Why We Need This Position”（公司为什么需要此职位），以强调该岗位与雇员专业背景的相关性。

经过两个月的处理，案件顺利获得了直接批准。我们在此恭喜客户取得这一成功！

I have in hand the two H-1B approvals we received this week. The positions they applied for are BI Analyst and Market Research Analyst.

The case I mainly want to share is the second one.

This is a new H-1B initial case selected this year. The employer is a consulting firm specializing in arts management, and the employee has an arts-related academic background.

After thorough discussion with the lawyer and careful consideration, the employee decided on the position of Market Research Analyst. We were concerned about receiving a Request for Evidence (RFE), so in the Petition Letter, we included an additional section called "Why We Need This Position" to emphasize the need for this role in the company and to ensure its relevance to the employee's expertise.

Finally, after two months of processing, we received the good news of a direct approval. We would like to congratulate the client on this success!
