Day-1 CPT 无补件也能直批！

大家好，

本周又收到了四封批件，

其中我最想分享的是这一份，

公司，它是我们的客户公司，是老客户了。

然后员工申请的职位是化学家的职位。

那么，在申请过程当中，

我们发现它有Day1 CPT，

那么基于这个情况我们就跟客户去进行沟通，

有两种方式，一种是可以选择直接的境外激活，

那么，如果境外激活的话，

移民局就不会针对Day-1 CPT学校来产生补件。

那么另外一个方式就是，

我们会提交，但是提交之后可能会有一个关于学校的补件。

在跟客户沟通之后，客户决定选择了，

可以在美国境内直接提交

那么，非常幸运仅仅过了两个月的时间，

它就成功的拿到的批件没有任何的补件，

今天我们就收到这封批件，

这个员工选择境内激活，并且两个月无补件直批！

Hello everyone,

This week, we received four approval notices,

and the one I most want to share is this one.

The company involved is one of our client companies, an old client.

The employee applied for a Chemist position.

During the application process, we discovered that they had Day-1 CPT.

Given this situation, we communicated with the client and discussed two options.

One option was to activate the status abroad, in which case USCIS would not issue an RFE related to the Day-1 CPT school.

The other option was to submit the application, but with the possibility of receiving an RFE about the school.

After discussing with the client, they decided to proceed with filing the application within the U.S.

Very fortunately, within just two months, the approval was granted with no RFEs.

Today, we received the approval notice.

The employee chose to activate their status within the U.S., and they were approved in two months without any RFEs!
