这个案子是去年年底的时候

接进来

然后我们指导客户准备了完备的材料

整个案件历时8个月就无补件直批！

客户拿到绿卡的时候婚姻存续还不满两年

所以批准的是临时绿卡

我们也期待两年之后

协助客户提交I751临时绿卡的十年绿卡！

In my hand,

I have the H1B approval notices we received this week,

as well as some green cards and EAD cards.

What I’d like to share with you is

an I-130 family application for a marriage-based green card.

This case was taken in at the end of last year,

and we guided the client through the preparation of complete materials.

The entire case took 8 months to be approved

without any Requests for Evidence (RFE)!

Since the marriage was less than two years when the client received the green card, a conditional green card was issued.

We look forward to assisting the client with filing the I-751 to transition

to a 10-year green card in two years!
