今天收到了三份批件，其中最想分享的是这位员工的H-1B前六年都是由我们来帮忙申请的。但是，由于他六年之内没有拿到I-140，所以，没有办法延期H-1B。

那么，经过我们的讨论之后，他选择离境一年，因为移民局有规定，离境一年的时间以上，申请过H-1B的员工，可以再次进行抽签。抽中后可以再次的办理H-1B，那么很幸运，他离境了一年之后，今年4月份我们帮他抽签，顺利的抽中。我们也快速的帮助他整理了材料并提交。

他仅仅在一个月的时间就拿到了批准信，非常的开心，下次再跟大家继续分享！

Today we received three approval notices, and the one I’d most like to share is about an employee whose H-1B applications we’ve been handling for the past six years. However, since he was unable to obtain an I-140 within those six years, he couldn't extend his H-1B.

After discussing the situation, he decided to leave the U.S. for a year because, according to USCIS regulations, employees who have previously held an H-1B and remain outside the U.S. for a year or more are eligible to enter the lottery again. Fortunately, after spending a year abroad, we helped him enter the lottery in April this year, and he was successfully selected. We quickly assisted him in preparing and submitting all the necessary materials.

In just one month, he received his approval notice, and we are all very happy. I’ll share more stories with you next time!
