第一个身份是非移民签证B签证。最简单的就是转成B签证，如果你转成B签证，你就可以在这里待6个月，这样你可以找工作，找到工作之后可以从B Pending身份转回H-1B身份，这是最简单的方法。

当然还有一些朋友是想上学的，那么你就可以找到新学校，之后转成F-1签证，这也是没有问题的。

当然，如果你的配偶在美国有身份，你完全可以考虑配偶签证，比如F-2签证或者H-4签证。

最后一个就是我们可以考虑一下绿卡的转换途径。那么这个就得因人而异，有些人可以去做一个EB-5投资移民申请，这样一旦递交EB-5申请，就可以继续待在这里，同时获得工卡。

还有一种方法是如果你的男女朋友是公民或者绿卡持有者，可以考虑申请婚姻绿卡。当然，如果对方是绿卡持有者，目前有排期；如果是公民的话，目前没有排期。
