H-1B被裁员，如何待在美国？

如果你最近是 H-1B 身份被裁员，其实不用特别担心。因为你其实可以转成其他的身份。那么我们今天就讲一讲你可以转的身份。

第一个身份：非移民签证 B 签证

最简单的就是转成 B 签证。如果你转成 B 签证，你就可以在这里可待 6 个月。这样你可以找工作，找到工作之后可以从 B Pending 身份转为 H-1B 身份。这是最简单的方法。

当然还有一些朋友是想上学的，那么你就可以去找到新学校，然后转成 F-1 签证，这也是没有问题的。

第二个身份：非移民签证配偶签证

如果你的配偶在美国有身份，你完全可以考虑 F-2 签证或者 H-4 签证，比如说 F-2 签证或者 H-4 签证。

第三个途径：绿卡申请

我们可以考虑一下绿卡的转换途径。这个就得因人而异。有些人可以去做一个 EB-5 投资移民申请，这样一旦递交 EB-5 投资移民申请，就可以继续待在这里，同时获得工卡。

还有一种方法，如果你的男女朋友是公民或者绿卡持有者，你可以考虑婚姻绿卡。当然，如果对方是绿卡持有者，目前是排期的；如果是公民，目前则不排期。
